Role: Full-Stack Developer
Objective: Disrupt the traditional web agency model by engineering a "Website as a Service" (WaaS) platform that delivers professional, fully managed business websites within a 48-hour turnaround.

Small and medium-sized businesses often face a "tech barrier"—they need professional, high-performance websites but lack the budget for bespoke agency fees or the technical expertise to manage hosting, security, and updates. The challenge was to build a scalable, subscription-based ecosystem that could automate the delivery of custom designs while maintaining the high quality of a manual build.

This project was designed as a lean, high-output digital machine. I focused on three core pillars to make this model viable:

• Operational Efficiency (48-Hour Delivery): I streamlined the intake and production pipeline, allowing for the rapid deployment of 5-to-10-page sites without sacrificing design integrity. This required creating standardized, modular component libraries that ensure consistent quality across all client builds.
• WaaS Architecture: Moving away from one-off payments to a recurring subscription model (Monthly/Annual), I built an infrastructure that manages hosting, SSL, maintenance, and SEO out of the box. This ensures the client never has to touch a line of code.
• Conversion-Centric Design: Every site template on the platform is engineered with a mobile-first approach. By utilizing a clean, minimalist aesthetic (slate blue and muted crimson palettes), I ensured that all client sites are optimized for conversion and professional brand perception.

• Scalable Business Model: Successfully launched a recurring revenue platform that handles everything from domain provisioning to ongoing technical maintenance.
• High-Impact Turnaround: Established a competitive market advantage by consistently delivering custom-built, fully responsive websites in under 48 hours.
